This is how refunds work on KERB. Contact: WhatsApp +971 56 726 6228 or kerb.ae. Andy Thorne / KERB, Dubai.
You pay the winning bid plus 10% to KERB. That 10% is our fee.
We refund the KERB fee if the job is cancelled before work starts, or if the dealer does not show.
Once work has started, the KERB fee is not refunded. If something is wrong after the job, use the warranty path — not a fee refund.
Card pay is a demo until live cards are on. When a real charge exists, the same refund rules apply.
If you approved extra work and it was not done, we refund the unused extra, including the 10% on that extra. If the extra was used, it follows the same rule as the main job.
Standard AED 100, Premium AED 250, Platinum AED 500 per month.
Cancel any time. There is no pro-rata refund for unused days, except: if you cancel in the first 7 days of your first month and you have not used the desk (no bids, no wins), we refund that first month.
Today, subscribe is a demo and no card is taken.
Warranty is repair or redo by the winning dealer, not cash. The cover is whatever they put on the bid: 7 days; 30 days or 1,000 km; 90 days or 5,000 km; or 6 months or 10,000 km. It starts when they mark the job done after KERB was paid.
If the dealer cannot redo the work, we will look at a cash refund of what you paid for that job. WhatsApp us and we will sort it.
WhatsApp +971 56 726 6228. Say the job and what you want refunded. We handle this ourselves — there is no ticket system.
